Breathe well, Live well!
The key in breathing, like in any other process or practice, is simply this: keep it simple!
But keep it going!
I tried to meditate - it’s not working!
Everything becomes habitual, familiar with constant repetition!
Metta one of the 4 practices of the heart from the Buddha, is simply developing a loving-kindness attitude! Loving what is, as it is and wishing for everything and everyone to experience kindness!
